Billing by something other than hours, such as per person or per sales lead.

Client contacts can be added when they don’t have an email address.

Client list can be collapsed so as to show just the client name and a specified contact element, such as email address of phone number. Currently, if i have 50 clients and want to print the list, it would be about ten pages. If collapsed it would be on one page.

Hi Ian, as addressed in email – you can bill for anything inside Cashboard. Invoices use “quantity”. Quantity can be for anything you like, hours, days, words…whatever.

I’ve been looking at the client and people list, and it will see major overhauls in the future. I’m currently evaluating allowing sending invoices to individuals instead of companies, and making things easer for larger lists, like the one you have.
