Hey Seth….I have a small request please. The auto send invoice works great, but I did notice that it sets the due date automatically to 14 days out. I typically only have a 7 day due date and I know that other clients are at 30 days out. Is there a way that we could set the date for a client and have it remember…prior to this I would just change the due date, but as this goes out automatically I need the ability to set it differently.

Is it possible to use a little icon/visuals, so that we can distinguish which invoices are scheduled in our list, vs the ones that are not?

Invoice schedules and created invoices never appear on the same screen. You’ll notice on under the Money In tab, that there are two different headings. One labeled Invoices which holds created invoices, and one labeled Schedules, which holds schedules.

That being said, are you requesting an icon on the Invoices screen, which will show invoices made from a schedule? How would that help you?

I think what I meant is that on the ‘Schedules’ tab, it shows all the scheduled invoices, but since you’ve now added a way to have them sent automatically (no JF intervention), I’ve only enabled that feature on a few invoices. So if that screen had some kind of icon/visual to show which ones have been put on ‘automatic’, that’d be helpful. Else, I have to go into each one to see which has been automated.
