Time Added In Weekly Timesheet View Not Billable
|
|
I noticed if I add time in the weekly timesheet view, it is stored as non-billable time by default. To correct, I have to click on the “All Time Log” and click the “Mark All As Billable” link. Shouldn’t it be safe for Cashboard to assume that any time tied to a project / task with a bill rate tied to it be billable by default? |

As I sent to your email… All hours in Cashboard are marked non-billable as default, except the hours you enter in the project view (because only admins can access that). I have been putting off changing that for awhile, but will probably do so in order to maintain consistency, or at least add a billable checkbox to that UI. Billable actually might be a misleading term, because in practice it’s designed to be used more as “approved” / “unapproved”. |

Thanks for the update, Seth. Please let me know if you are able to add a billable checkbox in a future release! |

I wouuld also like the billable checkbox on the weekly view. I entered some time there and it took me a while to figure out what had happened. All of my time is billable, so missing one of these checkboxes costs me money. I would personally like everything to default as billable or at least an option. Thanks, |

The weekly view will respect this new preference just added. |
