I can see if templates that there is an option for Notes in Invoices- but where do I add them when creating an invoice? Also, is it possible to add a permanent note to invoices such as bank details?

Have another question though- is it possible to increase the number of decimal places for currency?

You see, I see advertising space on websites so lets say 10,000 impression are sold at the rate of $0.038. However, Cashboard is rounding this of to 0.04 giving the wrong sub-total.

Great – glad that you found you can edit Invoice notes using the EDIT DETAILS button from any invoice.

But no – decimal places on invoices are fixed at 2 decimals. Sorry.
