Damn. Accidentally charged sales tax and noticed after the customer has paid via credit card. Is it possible to create a credit using Cashboard?

David, not explicitly – but what you can do is remove the sales tax from the invoice & save.

What I believe should happen is the system will notice the invoice has been overpaid, and you’ll be able to apply the remainder to the next invoice you create.

If it doesn’t see the difference, remove the payment from the invoice and re-apply.
