I’ve got to step in here and say that $12 for the base Cashboard account is more than reasonable. Even if you do only have 4 – 5 projects, Cashboard is worth $12 a month. This service pays for itself every single time I have to put together an estimate or send an invoice.

Topic: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports / Apply flat fee to employee

Hello. I’m having a problem with my Accounting section, specifically the Company Cash Stats page. Is there a way to apply flat fees to an employee, or is it only possible to apply time entries to them? Some employees perform tasks that I just charge at a flat rate and when they are completed and I invoice the client and receive payment, the employee who worked on the project does not get the flat fee accredited to his account.

Also, I need to be able to take a percentage out of an employees time entry and apply that to myself. Is there a way to do this in Cashboard?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a reoccurring payment feature already built into Cashboard. I would like an automatic invoice to be sent out every 30 days for a set price. Currently, I can’t seem to find a way to do this. Am I missing something?
