Topic: Feature Requests / Group mulitple projects in invoice I love this idea. I often process multiple projects on one invoice and this would make things very clear. |

Topic: Announcements / Sending Estimates / Invoices to individuals, not companies I haven’t had occasion to send to individuals outside of a company, but I do have a few people who work for multiple companies. So – I would appreciate the ability to assign an individual to multiple companies. |

Topic: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports / Project Search filters When I do a search on the “Active” projects page the results include “Closed” projects. I’d like to request that when you’re in the “Active” tab only active projects are returned. This would also mean that, to search for a “Closed” project you would need to be in the “Closed” tab. Also, a method to sort the results – such as by client name, or by date. Loving the site so far! Edides |

Topic: Feature Requests / Client logins require passwords or not? For the record – I am not in favor of eliminating the password for client access. The information in this area is clients specific and the dollar amounts can vary depending on the client. I also happen to work with clients who compete with each other, so having them view information on each other would definitely not be good. If you want to include it as a preference, I have no issue with that – it’s just not a preference I will choose to enable. |

Topic: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports / Editing Task Titles Since the changes to the invoice details page – which I love by the way – The application is not accepting changes I make to invoice item title. I can successfully change everything else, but my title changes are ignored. Am I doing something incorrect? |

Topic: Feature Requests / Widget: Rounding I would also appreciate this. I do the same for my clients and currently have to go in to each time entry and adjust the times manually. |

Topic: Announcements / What's on the burner - Spring / Summer 2008 Thanks for the update Seth! I’m about three months into using Cashboard and now can’t imagine life without it. I’m mostly looking forward to the Reporting updates. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Closing Projects/Invoicing I would like to see a check-box field to close a project in the invoicing section of the application. Most of my projects, I don’t invoice until it is complete. Currently there are a lot of “extra” clicks to close the project after invoicing it. It would be a lot more efficient and simpler to have a yes/no box when I create the invoice to close the project or leave it active. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Project deadlines I’d like to be able to enter a project deadline and then track it as it gets closer to that deadline. This would give a type of priority to my projects. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Completing Tasks I would like to suggest a flag in the widget and in the time entry screen to mark a task as complete. I think this would be a much more efficient method than the current one. Thanks. Edi |

Topic: Feature Requests / Client Requests I’d like an interface for clients to initiate a project request. I was previously using a system that, on the client side of the application, allowed the client to send requests that were easily converted to an estimate then project. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Reporting Seth, sorry but I’m just not seeing it. I went into a specific project and then into the details section but I don’t see what you’re referring to. Can you send me an image or further explanation please. Thanks. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Reporting I would like to be able to quickly and easily see what time was actually spend on a project versus what time was estimated. As we go forward with more and more projects, this will help my team get more accurate with our estimates. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Estimate flat rate != Invoice line item It makes sense to me as it is, but for better clarification perhaps a labeling change would make sense. Instead of ‘hourly rate’ it should be labeled just ‘rate’? |

Topic: Troubleshooting & Bug Reports / Cleaning data I’ve finished ‘testing’ the Cashboard application and just purchased a plan. I’d like to start fresh by deleting my estimating/project and accounting data. Is there some way to do this? |
